Habersham Antique and Classic Car Show, Dec 7
A big THANKS to the 34+ Dreamers members/spouses and their "rides" for coming out in literally freezing temps. We definitely heated up the highway on our caravan to Habersham for the last big show of 2024.
Shout out also goes to members Scott F and Scott C for displaying their selected special "rides" and Tony for the fine images.
The following Dreamers took home awards: Bill, Scott, Nick, Dennis, Tony, Mike, Carl, Steve, and Ken.
Savannah Mustang Club National MCA Mustang & Ford Show, Oct 11
Dreamers member Sara Lanier took home a GOLD AWARD at this past weekend's Mustang Club of America "Mustangs in Historic Savannah" National Show with her 1969 Mach 1 428 Cobra Jet.
More than 250 Mustangs from across the US were on display while competing in different classifications and were subject to rigorous MCA judging rules.
Gopher Hill Festival, Oct 5
Fourteen Dreamers made the trek to Ridgeland thru weeping skies and brought home 9 Top 25 awards, Rick E with special "Keefe Blatchley" (former Dreamer) memorial award and Rick G "Best in Show".
And not to be outdone, member Rick Saliba took home 50/50 winnings totaling $190.00 !!!
October Feast Port Royal, Sept 28
A total of (25) Dreamers safely left Enmark with the assist of SCHP's finest and caravaned to Port Royal.
Thirteen Dreamers took home Top 30 awards and two special awards went to Dave with his '49 Ford Club Coupe (OVA Award) and Carl '17 Dodge Viper TA 2.0 (Best in Show) presented by Auto Island.

May River High School 2nd Annual Car Show
May 11, 2024
The 2nd Annual May River High School show supporting the Auto Tech program was another success.
Twenty Dreamers vehicles caravaned to May River HS. Again, the Dreamers made good on the meaning of "strength in numbers".
Ten Dreamers took home awards as judged by the HS Auto Tech students, including "BEST IN SHOW" for Scott and his '69 GTO.

2nd Annual Car Show

it's beginning to sound like a broken record, but it still sounds GREAT! Twenty-two Dreamers caravaned to Ridgeland for this 2nd annual charity show.
With skies threatening all day, Mother Nature held off until the awards presentation started. Just as member Rick received the 'Horney Mike" favorite award for his "flaming" '65 Mustang, the skies opened up.

Soft Shell Crab Festival Car Show, April 20
Thirty Dreamers vehicles caravaned to Port Royal for the annual show. Once again it was almost a "clean sweep" as ten Dreamers took home a top 20 Award as well as the two "special awards”. All this with approximately 90 vehicles total in the show.
Top 20 winners: Dan Del Acqua, Noel Lanier, Steve Fisher, Steve Mccaskey, Carl Thompson, Ron Nelson, Lou Fantacone, Ted Lucas, Will Stephens and Ken Geraghty.
Old Village Association Award - Scott Kody (1970 Chevy Nova)
Best in Show - Nick & Cat Monroe (1963 Chevy Corvair Monza Convertible)

Cruisin’ With the Classics, April 13
Eight Dreamers made the short trip to Rincon for the Dixieland Cruisers "Cruisin with the Classics" annual show. Great weather and great new venue.
Dreamer member and road clean up veteran (also Dixieland member) Crawford Baker was hard at work parking us all. No one will question you now why you weren't at the clean-up.
Over 140 classics of all varieties. If you like "Ole School" this was the show to attend. Hence the competition was tough but Steve Neczypor was able to capture enough votes to take home a TOP 40 with his '70 Challenger. Congrats !!
